Molonglo

A series of architect-designed apartments are available for long-term rent (12+ months) in Koukaki and Kypseli neighbourhoods in Athens. As a body of work, they represent an act of reverse ruination across multiple sites in the city. Existing buildings that have fallen into disrepair, whether due to social, economic or personal crises, have been sensitively restored and given longevity as homes.
