Opportunities

Molonglo is an unconventional development company with a focus on social and landscape-led developments. Our purpose is to create inclusive places that positively contribute to cities and improve people’s lives. We are always looking for people who are driven by the same purpose and want to make an impact.
Molonglo’s workplaces are energetic. Our work is challenging, interesting and of a high standard. We are the right fit for people that care deeply about their work, challenge existing ideologies, appreciate nuance, are pluralistic thinkers, have diligent personal habits and like to learn.
We invest a lot of time and energy into finding the right people. Our recruitment process can be lengthy as we take the time to get to know candidates and explore whether we will be a good fit for each other.

About Molonglo

Molonglo was established in 1964 and has offices and active property investment and property development projects in Canberra, Melbourne and Athens. Our current team is made up of 30 people working across four areas: property development, property investment, corporate and creative.
In Melbourne, Australia we are developing a radically mixed-use building named Walk Up Village that approaches height in a meandering way, drawing inspiration from the Mediterranean hilltop town. In Canberra, Australia we are slowly creating a neighbourhood named Dairy Road where light industry, working, living, recreation and entertainment will co-exist in a natural setting. In Athens, Greece we are investing in neglected and abandoned residential buildings with new life, through sensitive restoration and repair. Our latest publication, Marble in Metamorphosis, is a narrative non-fiction and photography book that contemplates the physical and cultural life of marble.
