Molonglo’s Athens Apartments are available to rent on a long-term basis, for people intending to live in Athens for 12 months or more. Selected apartments are available for sale. As a body of work, they represent an act of reverse ruination across multiple sites in the city. Existing buildings that have fallen into disrepair, whether due to social, economic or personal crises, are sensitively restored and given longevity as homes. They are refurbished without unnecessary adornment, honouring the portrait of the building conceived over many generations. The apartments have been designed by Molonglo in collaboration with Royffe Flynn architects, with landscape design by H. Pangalou & Associates, construction by KDI Contract, and contributions from Antiqua, Temporary Showroom, Theodore Psychoyos and Kopria.

Established in 2001 by Alketas Pazis, Temporary Showroom locates, reclaims and trades an extensive collection of post-modern and mid-century-modern furniture and industrial antiques. It operates mainly as a prop house for the film industry, and has contributed to the set design of more than 2000 commercials and international film productions.

An artist constantly exploring new means of expression, with his output including music, painting, sculpture and design. The collection of his furniture included in the Athens Apartments is formed from marble pieces discarded by quarries or abandoned in warehouses, bearing the marks of the human hand, machinery and the elements.

An Athens-based plant store, flower studio and creative office, established in 2018. They are a team of ten people who believe plants are not a hype. Their shop specialises in indoor and outdoor plants, ceramics and garden tools, while their studio work involves concept creation and project curation for brands and institutions.
