About the townhouses
Three-storey homes on individually owned land set within flourishing gardens in Brunswick. Designed by Molonglo and Tim Pilgrim.
The homes are nestled behind Sydney Road but are a short walk to all that is on offer. Anstey Station and Upfield Bike Path are 200 metres away.
Three and four bedroom homes are arranged across three levels, offering spatial separation. All are dual-aspect and cross-ventilated, with skylights drawing in additional light. Homes are gas-free, solar powered, and achieve up to 8.4-star NatHERS ratings.

Sustainability credentials
At Molonglo Brunswick Townhouses 3,200 plants made up of 50 species are reintroduced to an inner city site that had none. There are no private carparks with a car-share vehicle and 66 secure bike parks instead. There are trains and trams at the doorstep.
The homes are energy-efficient with up to 8.4 star NatHERS ratings with an average of 7.5 stars, a Whole-of-Home rating of up to 68% and each rooftop is fitted with a personal solar panel system which will generate up to two-thirds of the home’s energy requirements. All homes are gas free homes with 100% Green Power with all-electric ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning and under-floor heating in bathrooms.
